Steve has worked globally in the construction sector for Laing O'Rourke since 2001 to 2017. After this successful period, he set up his own business in Hong Kong to primarily focus on construction and recruitment services, working on high profile projects such as Hong Kong International Airport, MTR projects and East & West Kowloon cultural districts.

In the past year, the company has grown with subsidiary companies opening in Hong Kong, Ireland and UK, employing over 100 staff and sub-contracted workers.
